Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose our law firm?
Manasseh & Company Advocates stands apart because we combine rigorous legal expertise with genuine care for every client. We are not a large, impersonal firm where you become a file number — we are a dedicated team that invests time in understanding your specific situation and crafting a legal strategy built around your goals.
Our firm is conveniently located at Tana House, Karen, Nairobi, and we serve clients across all areas of Kenya. Whether you need urgent document services such as notarisation or an affidavit sworn before a commissioner of oaths, or you require long-term legal representation in a complex matter, we are equipped and committed to delivering results.
Several qualities set us apart from other advocates and law firms in Nairobi:
- Accessibility: We are approachable, responsive, and easy to reach — by phone, email, or in person at our Karen offices.
- Breadth of services: From corporate law and conveyancing to public notary services, power of attorney, and commissioner of oaths — we handle it all under one roof.
- Same-day document services: We offer notarisation, affidavits, and POA execution on short notice, saving you time and inconvenience.
- Transparent billing: We discuss fees upfront so there are no surprises at the end of a matter.
- Personalised attention: Every client receives direct access to a qualified advocate, not just a paralegal or support staff member.
- Regulatory compliance: We are fully licensed under the Advocates Act, the Notaries Public Act, and the Oaths and Statutory Declarations Act, giving you complete confidence in the validity of our services.
